On February 22, 2014, I was back for the 11th Annual Portage Lakes Polar Bear Jump to benefit the Ronald McDonald House of Akron and Camp Quality Ohio. I raised $240 to help out - which is not too bad.. Details are in the blog, below are a few pictures from the event.

The obligatory beefcake shot - such as it is. The weather was actually pretty nice for February - provided you aren't in a speedo. Never did figure out what was up with the woman in green behind me - early St. Patrick's day? |

It was so nice, in fact, that I took myself for a walk across the ice around the jump site. The ice was over 5 inches thick - though a little slushy on the surface. It was muddy on land and the combination meant my shoes were soaked through. |
