{"id":594,"date":"2009-05-15T14:41:00","date_gmt":"2009-05-15T14:41:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/thunderofwade.com\/blog\/2009\/05\/15\/lost-carabas-floor-mood\/"},"modified":"2009-05-15T14:41:00","modified_gmt":"2009-05-15T14:41:00","slug":"lost-carabas-floor-mood","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thunderofwade.com\/blog\/2009\/05\/15\/lost-carabas-floor-mood\/","title":{"rendered":"lost, carabas, floor, mood"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The season <span class=\"blsp-spelling-corrected\" id=\"SPELLING_ERROR_0\">finale<\/span> for Lost was this past week &#8211; as expected, <span class=\"blsp-spelling-error\" id=\"SPELLING_ERROR_1\">extreeeeem<\/span> cliffhanger. \u00a0 It was pretty good and I enjoyed it, but I&#8217;m hoping they don&#8217;t negate the entire season via time-travel.<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Went out to <span class=\"blsp-spelling-error\" id=\"SPELLING_ERROR_2\">Carabas<\/span> last night for dinner with my room-mate and his sister (she&#8217;s in town for an extended weekend). \u00a0 The food was okay, a little under-whelming. \u00a0 Overcooked veggies, bland bread &#8211; though the fish was pretty good. \u00a0 The server was&#8230; pushy. \u00a0 She reacted in horror when I declined the salad (which \u00a0you can&#8217;t get plain) and the soups (none of which I liked). \u00a0 She ended up pushing the salad onto my room-mate&#8217;s sister and was at a loss when my room-mate declined the options as well. \u00a0Not really sure why she was pushing the free items on us like that. \u00a0I think next time around I&#8217;ll just get the pepperoni pizza and play it safe.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>There&#8217;s a crew scheduled to be at the apartment today to replace the kitchen floor. \u00a0The tile was coming up and we finally convinced the landlords it was a trip <span class=\"blsp-spelling-corrected\" id=\"SPELLING_ERROR_3\">hazard<\/span> &#8211; as in, I have already tripped and you&#8217;d better get it fixed before I fall also. \u00a0So, last night we move all the furniture out of the way and while it would be awesome if it was done before I got home, I sort of doubt that. \u00a0 It&#8217;s a big and weirdly shaped area.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>I&#8217;ve been in sort of dark mood recently. \u00a0Some random work stress and some stuff at home. \u00a0And it doesn&#8217;t help that the pool has been closed all week. \u00a0It&#8217;ll be good to get back in the water and get back to a better mode.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>I&#8217;m thinking about trading some games in for the <span class=\"blsp-spelling-error\" id=\"SPELLING_ERROR_4\">wii<\/span> &#8211; I got a couple of duds that are just collecting dust &#8211; may be something fun to do this afternoon. \u00a0<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Sort of a quiet day here at work. \u00a0 <span class=\"blsp-spelling-corrected\" id=\"SPELLING_ERROR_5\">Probably<\/span> just as well that I don&#8217;t have a window &#8211; I&#8217;d be getting even less done.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>I guess this is it for now&#8230; later&#8230;<\/div>\n<div class=\"blogger-post-footer\"><img width='1' height='1' src='https:\/\/blogger.googleusercontent.com\/tracker\/7938355-3619796892226292026?l=approximatelyequalto.blogspot.com' alt='' \/><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The season finale for Lost was this past week &#8211; as expected, extreeeeem cliffhanger. \u00a0 It was pretty good and I enjoyed it, but I&#8217;m hoping they don&#8217;t negate the entire season via time-travel.
