I went to the garage and got a shovel, gloves, and a plastic bag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It turned out to be a small opossum and it was still pretty fresh and partly under the ramp into the shed.  I got it out with the shovel, scooped it into the bag, and disposed of the corpse in the trash.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I&#8217;m basically a varmit undertaker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And if you don&#8217;t go get a shovel &#8211; no questions asked &#8211; when your &#8220;fella&#8221; tells you he&#8217;s got a dead body to dispose of, well, is it even love?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jim was out in the backyard when he called me over.
